One thing. One on one.

Curly: Do you know what the secret of life is? This.
Mitch: Your finger?
Curly: One thing. Just one thing. You stick to that and the rest don’t mean sh*t.
Mitch: But, what is the “one thing?”
Curly: That’s what *you* have to find out.

Building upon the messages I deliver in my bi-annual lectures at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the work I do with organizations and brands, I also work with individuals.

From CEOs wanting to better connect with their employees to high school dreamers working on their college applications and essays, the fundamentals remain the same: We work together to reveal a true voice and then craft the best messages to communicate and connect with their audiences and communities.

I consider this work to be among my most important and most fulfilling. It would be impossible not to be humbled by the feedback I receive from students and clients. This is the fundamental root of my purpose.

It’s my why: To connect people to their voices and ideas so we can all show up in the world more authentically and powerfully.
