“But today well lived makes every yesterday a memory of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore to this day.” – Sanskrit Prayer
A Day Well Lived is a philosophy.
A DAY WELL LIVED is a purpose-driven initiative designed to celebrate humanity and the human spirit.
ADWL was started as a way to teach a six-year old about gratitude and has grown into a conversation about mental health, healing, and all the things we experience.
It’s been said that we should “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Well, that’s what this is all about. This isn’t about one person. It’s about all of us.
It’s a desire to help people.
A desire to truly inspire.
And take action.
The secret sauce to this entire #ADayWellLived experiment, however, is the understanding that “a day well lived” doesn’t mean the day is perfect and filled with amazing experiences. Instead, it’s a day where we simply do our best.
We’ll still make mistakes.
We’ll still react in ways we wish we hadn’t.
But, as one person Tweeted, “#ADayWellLived is all about being present, good or bad. I was present today.”
Exactly. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Mental Health causes (awareness and treatment).

ADWL supports a variety of mental health organizations by donating a percentage of proceeds from all of our efforts. We look forward to sharing that work as we grow.
Let’s talk. Please schedule a (free) 30-minute talk to discover how I might be able to help you or your organization. Or just to connect! Nothing bad ever comes from that.
